The minimum rental time is one day, 24 hours. After 4 hours, customer will be charged one more day.
The customer should be over 22 years old and have the driver's license for at least 2 years. Furthermore, citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia and China will have to present their international driving license.
In case of theft or damage of the vehicle on another island/ area outside Milos, the insurance and the company cannot cover you.
With the vehicles that are available to our company, the renter will not be able to visit western Milos and Thiorichia beach (eastern Milos) as they need a vehicle with four-wheeler.
After the end of the rental lease, the customer is uninsured. In case of contract extension, the renter should contact us immediately.
Any fine incurred during the rental time is borne by the renter.
The lessee is in charge of the fuel. If the vehicle is returned with more fuel, customer cannot be refunded.
The renter will have to return the vehicle in the same condition that they received it. That is, without scratches, dents or torn seats / mats, etc.
In case of accident or damage, the renter should contact us immediately.
In case of loss of the vehicle key, the customer should contact us immediately so that we can supply them with the spare key. The cost of the lost key is 150 euros and is borne by the customer.
In case of cancellation of the reservation for a period greater than or equal to 30 days, before the day of arrival of the customer, the entire amount of the reservation is returned to the customer (transaction costs will be paid by the customer). If customer does not appear on the day of the reservation, without any notice and after the end of three hours, the amount of the reservation is NOT refunded to the customer.
All vehicles have third party insurance. That is, if someone else hits the car and it is their fault, then they take responsibility to cover the damage. If the renter hits/scratches the vehicle, then he/she will have the responsibility to cover the damage.
There is the possibility of partial insurance (C.D.W), which means that the renter will be charged with an additional 10 euros / day and will not be liable for damages over 500 euros. If the damage is less than 500 euros, the customer must cover the amount of the damage + VAT.
Damage to tires, rims and car undersides are not covered by any insurance.
